  • To apply for ANM, the candidate must be at least 17 years of age.
  • The candidate must have successfully completed Class XII or CHSE from Odisha / equivalent / NIOS.

  • The course is valid for female applicants only.

  • The candidate must be 17 years of age to apply for the course.
  • Candidate must have completed class XII or equivalent examination from CHSE Odisha / equivalent / NIOS. The exam must pass CHSE Odisha / equivalent / NIOS in Science stream.
  • Those who are from professional streams and are eligible to apply to successfully complete the ANM course.
  • General category applicants should get at least 40% marks and for SC / ST category applicants 35% marks.

BSc Nursing:

  • The age of the candidate should be 17 years.
  • Those who have successfully completed Class XII or equivalent with PCB and English as core subjects can apply.
  • If the examination is completed from CBSE / NIOS / equivalent national or state board, then one can apply.
  • Passing PCB and English separately is mandatory.
  • Applicants from the ONMRC recognized institute M.E. Standard Odia should also be studied.
  • A female or male applicant must be a permanent resident of Odisha.

Basic B.Sc. Nursing:

  • BSC Nursing: Candidates with high marks in the biology and English examination of class XII will get preference. With this, the applicant of older age is likely to get a seat.
  • PBB.Sc. Nursing: Those who have obtained more marks in GNM examination and older in age will be given preference.
