The merit list is prepared for Jiwaji University admission according to the merit in the qualifying examination. Those named in the merit list will submit the entry fee within the given time period.

Important to note: In M.Pharma course, GPAT candidates will be given preference for M.Tech. GATE qualified candidates will be given preference.

Exam Pattern:

Admission to most courses based on the marks obtained in graduation. However, for some courses, candidates are required to appear for the entrance examination.

B.B.A / B.T.M. / B.C.A / B.H.M. And for admission to courses like C.T./B.Com./LL.B./B.A.LL.B, the candidate has to appear for the entrance initiated by the university. The exam is for 100 marks, which consists of the following parts:

  • General Knowledge – 25 marks
  • General English – 25 marks
  • Numerical Ability – 25 marks
  • Reasoning – 25 marks

If you have applied for post graduate (M.Sc) courses in molecular human genetics, microbiology, neuroscience, food technology, biotechnology, then take the entrance examination for a period of one to one and a half hours. The paper will be of 100 marks and will contain the following sections and only two of them will have to be attempted:

  • Biotechnology for 50 Marks
  • Botany for 50 points
  • Chemistry for 50 marks
  • Microbiology for 50 marks
  • Zoology for 50 Marks

To appear for M.B.A courses, the candidate will have to undergo a written examination, personal interview and group discussion. The written test will be for the 100 marks listed below:

  • Proficiency in English for 25 marks
  • General Reasoning and General Intelligence for 25 marks.
  • General Awareness and General Science for 25 Awareness
  • Numerical ability for 25 digits
  • Personal interview and group discussion for 10 marks.

The MPhil (in all subjects) / PhD will consist of 100 objective type questions for 100 marks. A merit list will be made based on the marks obtained in the examination.
