Last year, JEE Main examinations are conducted twice a year by the National Testing Agency (NTA). The NTA for JTA Main will follow the same pattern this year. The student will have the option to choose the exam date i.e. JEE Main (January session) or JEE Main (April session). In addition, if a student takes the exam twice, the best of his two marks will be taken into consideration.

JEE Main 2021 notification

The National Testing Agency will issue JEE Main (January) notification in November, this year the NTA issued a notification in November 2020 due to the COVID19 pandemic and the application process begins in December 2020.

Similarly, NTA will issue JEE Main (April) notification after the result of JEE Main (January) is declared. The application for the April examination will start from the first week of March 2021 after the declaration of the result of JEE Main (January). JEE Main 2021 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates who want to appear for JEE Main 2021 should score at least 75 percent in class 12th board One place among the top 20 percent of the exam and board. For candidates related to SC / ST class Has been reduced 65 percent.

JEE Main 2021 application form

The JEE Main notification will be released for the January 2021 exam in November 2020 and the application process will begin 1 December 2020. The last date to fill the JEE Main application form will be 30 December 2020. Candidates are requested to fill the application form in the middle dates to avoid last minute rush.

The notification of the examination for JEE Main 2021 April will be released in February 2021 and the application process will start from this date. The last date to fill the JEE Main application form will be the last week of February.

JEE Main 2021 application fee

Candidates who are filling the application form for JEE Main should know that they have to pay the application fee. Without paying the application fee, a candidate will be disqualified. Application fees once paid will not be refunded for any reason.

After paying the application fee, the candidate must ensure that the payment is successful otherwise, the application will be rejected and the candidate should not be eligible for the examination.

Till 2018 JEE MAIN was conducted in two modes: 1) Pen and paper based 2) Online Computer Based Test (CBT). But after Form 2019, this exam was conducted in online mode only. This is due to the introduction of NTA. Other things are the same. Check the exam pattern for JEE Main 2021.
