Cotton University Admission 2022: The Cotton University is a Public State University that was established in the year 1901. It is located in the city of Guwahati in Assam. This is the oldest institute of higher education in Assam as well as the entire North East India. This also became the constituent college of the Gauhati University in the year 1948 and after that the Cotton State University. When the Cotton State University was established by an ACT of the Assam Government in 2011. The Cotton University Act of 2017 was made in order to resolve the problems between the University and the College.

Eligibility Criteria:

• In order to pursue a BA degree, the candidate will have to pass the class XII examination and also needs to get a minimum of 50%.
• In order to get admission in the BCA program, the candidate needs to get 50% marks in the aggregate from a standard board of education and also have to study Mathematics as a compulsory subject for college admission.
• For getting admission into B.Sc., the candidate will have to pass the class XII examination with Science and Mathematics as the mandatory subjects with a minimum of 50% minimum aggregate from the standard board of education.
• In order to apply for the M.Sc admission, the candidate needs to pass the relevant Bachelor Degree with a minimum of 50% aggregate from a recognized University.
