eligibility criteria:

Below is the complete information about the eligibility criteria which candidates should know to get admission:

  • Those who are citizens of India can register.
  • Candidates should be at least 17 years of age for BAMS and 21 years for B.Tech course. There will be a relaxation of 3 years of age to provide admission to SC category applicants.

Eligibility Criteria:

B.Tech Course:

  • Applicant must have successfully passed class XII or equivalent examination from some recognized board.
  • The candidate must have successfully completed class XII with subjects like Physics and Mathematics along with any one such as Chemistry / Biology / Bio-technology / Computer Science to apply for B.Tech.
  • You should get at least 45% marks and 40% marks for reserved category applicants.
  • SC category candidates can attempt three times and others twice.

For B.Pharma Course:

  • Applicant must have successfully passed class XII or equivalent examination from some recognized board.
  • The candidate must have successfully completed class XII with subjects like Physics and Chemistry along with any one of Mathematics / Biology / Bio-technology / Computer Science to apply for B.Pharm.
  • You should get at least 45% marks and 40% marks for reserved category applicants.
  • There is no attempt limit to apply.

BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurveda Medicine and Surgery) course:

  • Applicant must have successfully passed class XII or equivalent examination from some recognized board.
  • The candidate should study subjects like Physics, Biology, Chemistry and English subjects in person.
  • The candidate should have obtained at least 50% marks (General category), 40% marks (SC / ST / OPH) and 45% marks (OBC / BCM / MBC / EBC / OPH (General & OBC)).
  • The candidate will get only one attempt.

BDS and MBBS syllabus:

  • Applicant must have successfully passed class XII or equivalent examination from some recognized board.
  • The candidate should have personally passed Physics, Chemistry and Biology or in subjects like Bio-technology, Zoology, Botany and English.
  • The candidate will have to acquire at least 50% marks and 40% Doe belonging to reserved category.
  • Admission is based on the rank obtained in NEET exam.
  • There is no limit to the effort.

B.Sc. (MLT) course for:

  • Applicant must have successfully passed class XII or equivalent examination from some recognized board.
  • The candidate has to pass subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English in person.
  • The candidate will have to acquire at least 50% marks and 40% Doe belonging to reserved category.
  • Candidates can attempt multiple times.

BSc (Nursing)

  • Applicant must have successfully passed class XII or equivalent examination from some recognized board.
  • The candidate has to pass subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English in person.
  • The candidate will have to acquire at least 50% marks and 40% Doe belonging to reserved category.
  • Candidates can attempt multiple times.

CENTAC 2022 Application Process:

The CENTAC 2022 application form will be released every year in the month of July and the duly filled in form should be submitted through online mode by the month of August. To fill the application form, check the steps given below:

  • Get the application form using online mode through the website https://www.centaconline.in/
  • Enter the name, date of birth and mobile number / email ID to get the user ID and password to login the application form.
  • Use user ID and password to fill and fill application form
  • Carefully and correctly fill all personal and educational details in the application form. Next, upload the photograph in the prescribed format.
  • Submit application fees using modes like debit card, credit card and net banking.
  • General category applicants will deposit an application fee of Rs 500 for one course, Rs 750 for two courses and Rs 1000 for three courses.
  • Reserved category applicants will pay an application fee of Rs 25 for one course, Rs 350 for two courses and Rs 500 for three courses.

  • Permanent integrated certificate

According to government norms, seat reservation is for reserved seats in many courses. Check the seat distribution below:

Merit list:

A separate merit list will be prepared for admission to several courses. The merit list of the selected candidates will be published through the website of the three universities. The result will be announced by the month of June.

Steps to download merit list:

  1. Go to the official website and click on the link that reads the CENTAC 2022 result
  2. Enter the registered enrollment number in the window that appears on the screen.
  3. Press ‘Submit’, the result will appear on the screen.
  4. The result window will display cut off marks and call letters.

cut off:

The cut off is the minimum mark to be eligible for admission to many graduate programs. The cut off marks vary from one institution to another. The cut off marks also depend on the syllabus and the category of the candidate who has been shortlisted on the basis of CENTAC rank. Factors for cut off marks:

Consultation:

Check the consultation details given below:

  • Counseling will be an offline process.
  • Those who are completing the cut off marks will be able to take their name in the merit list prepared by the committee.
  • Merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained according to rank.
  • Candidates will be called for counseling for rank and seat allotment on the basis of merit list. Candidates will be informed about the counseling through a letter.
  • Counseling will probably be held in the month of June and will be over by the month of July.
  • Candidates can also check the counseling schedule through the website.
  • CENTAC 2020 counseling will be conducted offline.
  • Eligible applicants will appear for counseling for verification and carry important documents.

After the counseling process is over, the officer conducting the exam will issue the seat allocation list. Candidates will download their provisional allotment letter from the official website and report at the allotted center along with all the necessary documents. If the candidates fail to report on the allotted time, the seat will be canceled or given to another candidate.
